<p>PURPOSE: An intelligent electronic device is provided to improve the communication efficiency of a DCADA system by reading values which are sensed by each point of a target system and transmitting the values to an upper device. CONSTITUTION: A data reader(63) reads a detected value from each point of a monitoring system. A first communications unit communicates with an upper device(11). A second communications unit communicates with an administrator computer(17). A computer program transmits a read value from the data reader to the upper device connected to a first communication unit(61) according to the sequence defined in a list. A memory unit(64) stores the computer program. A processing unit(65) is operated according to the computer program stored in the memory unit.</p> |
