MOLD FOR SYNTHESIS OF CERAMIC POWDER USING SPARK PLASMA SINTERING

PURPOSE: A mold for synthesizing ceramic powder using spark plasma sintering is provided to reduce power consumption by preventing an electrode unit from being overheated. CONSTITUTION: A mold for synthesizing ceramic powder using spark plasma sintering comprises a mold body(101) and mold covers(103,105). Raw material powder for synthesizing ceramic powder is put into the mold body. The mold covers are in contact with the top and bottom of the mold body. Grooves are formed in the mold covers so that a part of the mold body can be inserted into the mold covers. The inner diameters of the grooves are bigger than the outer diameter of the mold body.
