PURPOSE: A measuring chamber in an apparatus for measuring water quality is provided to discharge pores inside the measuring chamber and to eliminate local pressure. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring water quality comprises: an inner container which contains a measuring chamber(170) containing a monitoring species inside and in which a sample to be measured is flowed in and discharged; and a cap(400) which covers the upper part of the measuring chamber and has a inlet hole(402) and outlet hole(404). The inner container has one or more holes(422) at a side and a mesh net at the lower portion.
