PURPOSE: A system and a method for electronic document preparation are provided to transfer scanned documents to an intermediate server after simply scanning documents and to store the document to a certified electronic document storage. CONSTITUTION: A network scanner or an imaging machine or a CeDA(Certified e-Document Authority) drafter station(10) scans an electronic document. A concentration-type unmanned electronic server(20) performs image preprocessing of the electronic document. A CeDA I/F server(30) stores AIP(Archival Information Package) ID from the certified electronic document storage. A CeDA inspector system(40) inspects the content of an electronic document sample.
