PURPOSE: A structure for constructing an elastic paving member with a layer of heating member is provided to generate heat by applying power to the electric wire of the layer of heating member using external AC power supply unit or a battery since the layer of heating member is installed on the top of a layer of base. CONSTITUTION: A structure for constructing an elastic paving member with a layer of heating member comprises a layer of base(10), a layer of heating member(30a), and an elastic layer of surface(40). The base layer is formed in a manner the top of the ground is uniformly hardened and is coated with concrete or asphalt. The heating member layer is formed in a manner a heating film(31a), on which an electric wire(32a) is printed, is attached to the top of the base layer. The heating member layer emits heat. The elastic surface layer enables one of a urethane crushing chip or an EPDM rubber crushing chip to be placed on the top of the heating member layer. |
