PURPOSE: A pile for reducing negative friction, a basic structure using the same and a construction method thereof are provided to minimize the damage due to the negative friction since main and secondary piles are close to a support layer. CONSTITUTION: A pile for reducing negative friction comprises a main pile(110), and a secondary pile(120). The main pile is formed to be close a support layer. The main pile has a shape of cylinder with the flat top. The secondary pile is close to an area, on which the negative friction occurs. The secondary pile has a smaller cross-sectional area than that of the main pile. The secondary pile is formed on the top of the main pile. The secondary pile is formed by a steel material. The secondary pile has a tube structure. The secondary pile is formed by an H pile.
