The device has a feeder (16) e.g. crotch roller cleaner, with a transportation surface, and another feeder i.e. filter band cleaner (20), with a transportation surface that is formed by a filter band (21). The feeders are movable relative to each other for adjusting cleaning of harvest goods. The feeders are movable between an operating condition, in which surfaces overlap each other, and another operating condition, in which the surfaces slightly overlap together in a transportation direction (A) without overlapping or with reduced overlapping in relation to the former operating condition.
