PURPOSE: A multi-functional table having double-stage plane structure is provided to improve availability thereof by forming the table into a double-stage structure. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional table having double-stage plane structure comprises: a computer body case(10) in which a computer system is built; an upper board(20) of the computer main body case including a monitor displaying video data of a computer system; a transparent table upper board(30) installed on the top of the upper board of the computer main body case at a constant height; a plurality of interval maintaining posts(40) supporting the transparent table upper board; and legs(50) installed at the bottom surface of the computer body case.
