摘要 PURPOSE: A resonator sensor based on photonic crystal is provided to detect external conditions such as pressure through change of an optical signal passing through a main waveguide by forming a piezoelectric material into a thin film or a photonic crystal structure. CONSTITUTION: In a resonator sensor based on photonic crystal, a resonator sensor comprises a main waveguide(100), and a resonator(200). The main waveguide is comprised of a core and a cladding surrounding the core and also includes an optical coupling region. The resonator is adjacent to the optical coupling region and receives a branched optical signal while including a piezoelectric material(220) in a certain part.
