PURPOSE: An LED package, backlight unit with the same, and a liquid crystal display device are provided to prevent failure due to tilting or twisting of an LED on a metal PCB after soldering by having a guide unit for align in an LED. CONSTITUTION: A first and second lead frame respectively covers a base substrate and both edges of a base substrate. A plurality of guide unit(159a,159b) are inserted in an accepting hole(161) of a metal PCB by being projected to lower direction from a lower surface of a first and second lead frame and light emitting chip which is included in the center of the base substrate. The guide unit is comprised into one with the first frame and second frame by being expanding from the first and second lead frame.
