PURPOSE: A privacy film is provided to prevent privacy invasion and to ensure esthetic effect by the colorful and glittering film. CONSTITUTION: A privacy film comprises a first sheet(110) and second sheet(120). The first sheet comprises a first element(111) and second element(112). The first element and second element are arranged by turns. The first element is made of a transparent material in one direction. The second element is made of opaque material in one direction.
