FLASH MEMORY SYSTEM AND ERASE REFRESH METHODS FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A flash memory system and erase refresh methods for the same are provided to improve the reliability of data by correcting and preventing an error in reading data. CONSTITUTION: A flash memory(100) comprises a plurality of memory blocks. A memory controller(200) performs re-reading operation of the memory blocks. The memory controller performs elimination refresh operation of the memory block. The flash memory stores and updates re-reading operation information.
