PURPOSE: Paste for forming a solar cell electrode is provided to improve the productivity by implementing a hardening process in a short period of time at drying temperature between 100 and 250 degrees Celsius in order to form the electrode. CONSTITUTION: Paste for forming a solar cell electrode includes 30-95 weight% of silver powder, 0.1-40 weight% of electro-conductive polymer, 0.1-50 weight% of cellulose derivative, and solvent. The electro-conductive polymer is selected from a group including poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)polystyrenesulfonate, polythiophene, poly(3-alkylthiophene), polypyrrole, poly((2,5 dialkoxy)-p-phenylenevinylene), poly(p-phenylene vinylene), and poly(p-phenylene). |
