PURPOSE: A paste composition and a solar cell using the same are provided to increase the production yield of the solar cell by suppressing the deformation of a wafer while avoiding the degradation of electric conductivity and the pore generation. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum paste composition for forming a back electrode of a solar cell includes aluminum powder, glass frit powder, organic binder and silicon nitride powder. The solar battery comprises includes a silicon semiconductor board(201), an emitter layer(202), an antireflective membrane(203), a front electrode(204), and a back electrode(205). |
