PURPOSE: An apparatus for exterminating birds is provided to make operation thereof soft, to simplify configuration thereof simple, and to alleviate an impact when a plate moves up and down. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for exterminating birds comprises: a housing(40) formed on the top of a lower plate; a moving shaft(32) which is formed inside the housing in order to move a bell; a wire(70) connected to the upper end of the moving shaft; a cylindrical stop unit(120) installed at the bottom of the moving shaft; a coil electromagnet dropping the moving shaft using magnetic force; a support stand(157) which instantaneously stops the moving shaft on the top of the housing; and a cushion(155).
