<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter capable of displaying letters, figures or the like without consuming electric power, to provide a manufacturing method of the color filter, to provide a liquid crystal panel, and to provide an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter 1 has a substrate 10 and first and second pixels 16a and 16b which are provided on the substrate 10 and partitioned by banks 11.
