PURPOSE: A natural ventilating device for windows and doors is provided to ventilate indoor air without opening a window if being installed on the window frame of a window-openable system. CONSTITUTION: A natural ventilating device for windows and doors comprises a frame, a body, and a ventilation control member(25). A vent(26) is formed between both ends of the frame in a length direction. The frame is divided into a upper frame(21) and a lower frame(22) around the vent. A vent, which has the same shape to the vent on the frame, is formed between both ends of the body. The body is divided into a upper body and a lower body around the vent. The upper and lower bodies(23a,23b) are connected by a plate-shaped member. The ventilation control member is installed on the end of the body and rotates the body.
