PURPOSE: A powerless automatic chemical supplying apparatus is provided to control the concentration of chemical with respect to water without multi-stepped transmission. CONSTITUTION: A water tub supplies water to a hydraulic turbine(110). A chemical deficiency monitoring sensor is installed in a chemical supplying unit. A water tank discharging valve(140) is installed at the water tub. The valve guides water to a water tank when chemical is deficient in the chemical supplying unit in order to prevent the water from being supplied to the hydraulic turbine.
