Flexible insole for closed shoes

The flexible insole (1) has an upper sole (13) that is attached above a base insole layer. The heel area of base insole layer is set as shock-absorbing zone (20) and remaining area of the base insole layer as ventilation zone (30). The upper cover surfaces of the frustoconical protrusions in the shock-absorbing zone are set 4 to 10 times greater than cover surfaces of the protrusions in the ventilation zone. The perforations are arranged between protrusions in the ventilation zone.
