PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to prepare design instructions of a bank layer and a protrusion part to reduce defects, thereby increasing a production yield. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode(114) is located on a substrate. A bank layer(115) comprises an opening exposing a part of the lower electrode. An organic light emitting layer(117) is located on the lower electrode exposed by the opening. An upper electrode(118) is located on the organic light emitting layer. A protrusion part(116) is located on the bank layer.
