PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a grating safety cover is provided to prevent pedestrians from falling by a safety cover. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a grating safety cover comprises: a step of forming a plurality of holes which penetrate a lower layer(10) to the upside and downside; a step of inserting a column to the inside of the hole and separating the outside of the column(41) and inside of the hole; a step of applying a material which forms an upper layer on the upper side of the lower layer to form the upper layer; and a step of separating the hole from the column.
