PURPOSE: A whole body exercise device is provided to enable a user to do various exercises regardless of a place. CONSTITUTION: A whole body exercise device comprises: a clamp(4) which is fixable to a location that a user wants while inserting a band body into one end of a band(1) having elasticity; a linkage(2) which is formed in the other one end thereof; a handle(3) of a tubular shape which is formed to be movable in the band; and a secondary clamping band in which Velcro tape is attached to both end parts thereof and a fastening ring is formed on one side thereof.
