DIVISIBLE CONJUGATE FILAMENT WITH DIFFERENT SHRINKAGE EFFECT AND PROCESS OF PRODUCING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a divisible conjugated filament with excellent different shrinkage effect is provided to enhance the ratio of nylon polymer. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a divisible conjugated filament with excellent different shrinkage effect comprises: a step of separately melting nylon 6 polymers and high shrinkage polyethylene terephthalate polymers; a step of discharging through a divisible spinneret for solidifying; and a step of oiling, collimating, and drawing for providing divisible conjugate filament. The polyethylene tereththalate polymers are separately supplied in two extruders.
