PURPOSE: A method and a system for servicing on-line account transfer authenticating dealings are provided to verify the contract between the recipient and the remitter by storing the agreed intent instead of a written contract. CONSTITUTION: An account transfer application information is transmitted with a trade purpose information(S205). The account transfer request detail is receipted and stored. The online account transfer is processed to the system account(S210). The account transfer request detail is transmitted to the recipient terminal(S215). The recipient terminal transmits the consent or denial data about the transfer(S220). The account transfer consent or denial intent is stored(S230,S250).
