PURPOSE: A composite gasket for shielding electromagnetic wave and sealing an electronic device and an electronic device comprising the same are provided to protect an electronic device from moisture by preventing the inflow of exterior air into the device. CONSTITUTION: A composite gasket for shielding electromagnetic wave and sealing an electronic device comprises a first gasket(10) and a second gasket(20). The first gasket is made of an elastic material with a domed top and hollow interior. The second gasket is made of a conductive elastic material in which conductive powder is uniformly dispersed in an elastic body, and the second gasket is joined to a side of the first gasket. |
