PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hot rolled plate for galvanizing with a high-yield ratio is provided to improve tensile strength and to reduce manufacturing costs by minimizing the addition of Ti, Nb, and V. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hot rolled plate for galvanizing with a high-yield ratio is as follows. A hot rolled material is formed by mixing C 0.06~0.08 weight%, Si 0.08~0.10 weight%, Mn 1.8~2.2 weight%, P 0.02~0.04 weight%, S less than 0.013 weight%, Sol Al 0.04~0.06 weight, Nb 0.02~0.04 weight%, V 0.03~0.06 weight%, N 0.003~0.005 weight%, Fe, and inevitable impurities. The hot rolled material is rolled with 500~540. AlN is extracted from the rolled material by annealing the material with 620~680. |
