PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing black garlic Makkoli is provided to ensure efficiency of black garlic. CONSTITUTION: A method for making Makkoli using conventional ingredients comprises: a step of maturing and fermenting raw garlic to obtain black garlic; a step of putting 30 weight% of black garlic and 70 weight% of water into a tank and heating the mixture at high temperature to obtain black garlic concentrate; and a step of mixing the conventional ingredients and black garlic concentrate and maturing.
