PURPOSE: A producing method of dried peach without a sugar soaking treatment process is provided to prevent side effects of causing diabetes and obesity, by drying peach slices without soaking in a sugar solution. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of dried peach comprises the following steps: washing selected peaches, and cutting into the thickness of 5~8mm; firstly drying peach slices at 45~55deg C for 7~9hours; and secondly drying the dried peach slices at 65~70deg C for 9~11hours. The drying processes are performed by a food drier. |
