PURPOSE: A safe-impact and movement detecting device of a power saving type is provided to lessen the financial burden of a safe user since an abnormal signal is obtained and power consumption is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A safe-impact and movement detecting device of a power saving type comprises a piezoelectric sensor(101), a power supply unit(102), a power measuring unit(103), and a control unit(100). The invention further comprises a software filter(200), an acceleration sensor(104), and an alarm unit(105). The piezoelectric sensor generates fine vibration as an electric signal and output the signal to the control unit. The power supply unit supplies the power. The power measuring unit measures the power state of the power supply unit. The software filter analyzes the sensed signal for precise measuring, and determines whether to sound the alarm. The alarm unit generates the alarm.
