PURPOSE: A voltage supply control device and a method for cutting off standby power, and a smart grid system are provided to completely cut off the standby power by automatically cutting voltage supplied to a voltage supply unit based on periodic power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A switching circuit(22) controls a voltage supply in response to a switching control signal. A voltage supply unit(24) supplies voltages from a switching circuit to an electric device. A vibration sensor(30) senses an impact applied from the outside and outputs a sensing signal according to the sensed result. A micro control unit(28) switches on the switching circuit in response to only the sensing signal inputted when a switching control signal for switching off the switching circuit is outputted.
