PURPOSE: A device and a method for storing, measuring, and transferring tritium are provided to improve the stability of a system by rapidly storing the tritium at a hydrogen storage metal. CONSTITUTION: An inner housing(200) is positioned in an outer housing(100) and includes a hydrogen storage metal and a heater line which is brazed on the lower side of a plate. A tritium inlet tube(300) inputs the tritium from the outside to the inner housing. A tritium outlet tube(400) outputs the tritium from the inner housing to a supply unit. A heat blocking plate(500) blocks heat and prevent a tritium leakage. Circulation gas is inputted and circulates in a circulation gas loop(600) to measure the tritium.
