PURPOSE: A liquid cream applying apparatus for manufacturing a cream doughnut is provided to manufacture cream doughnuts of uniform quality. CONSTITUTION: A liquid cream applying apparatus for manufacturing a cream doughnut comprises: a tunnel type furnace(20); a conveyor(10) which is installed to penetrate the tunnel type furnace and transfers a pallet in which a doughnut is placed from one side thereof to the other side thereof; a liquid cream applying unit(30) which is arranged in the other side of the tunnel type furnace and applies the liquid cream to surface of the doughnut transferred through the conveyor; a discharge unit(40) which mounts the pallet.
