<p>Flat porous laminated material is produced by applying a layer of a liquid polymer solution onto one of the faces of a support of textile material, simultaneously treating the opposite, unlayered side of the support with a liquid precipitating agent, washing the resulting flat laminated structure, and drying. The layer of liquid polymer is applied to a continuously moving support while simultaneously applying the precipitating liquid. The solvent for the polymer soln. is DMF and the precipitating agent is water, or a mixture of water and 15-30% wt. DMF. The textile support is a woven fabric or a bonded, non-woven fabric. The textile support is pref. a non-woven fabric of polyethylene terephthalate fibres bonded by butadiene/acrylonitrile copolymer.</p> |
