PURPOSE: An ultrasonic wave toothbrush is provided to cleanly brush the internal and external portions of teeth, and to enable a user to easily brush the teeth. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic wave toothbrush comprises the following: a switch including an electrical circuit radiating ultrasonic waves; a handle(102) including the switch and an electric unit for supplying power; a washing groove surrounding upper teeth and lower teeth of a user, extended from the handle; and a toothbrush body(103) in a semi-arch form, including plural ultrasonic oscillator electrically connected to the electrical circuit. The toothbrush body includes toothbrush threads formed in a soft synthetic resin.
