<p>Provided herein are method of treating, ameliorating, or delaying at least one symptom of a genetic blood disorder, e.g. sickle cell disorder or thalassemia, in a patient in need thereof, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a Jak2 inhibitor. Also provided in part is a method of reducing an enlarged spleen in a patient suffering from thalassemia, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a Jak2 inhibitor.</p> |
