A heat pump hot-water supply device having effectively enhanced efficiency. The heat pump hot-water supply device has a water-refrigerant heat exchanger (2) for exchanging heat between water and refrigerant compressed by a compressor (1). The device has a receiving chamber (S) for receiving the heat exchanger (2), and also has a vacuum heat-insulating material (23) mounted to that portion of a wall defining the receiving chamber (S) which faces the heat exchanger (2).
