PURPOSE: A stamping out facility and a stamping out method using the same are provided to prevent the cover of a domestic animals filling space cover from being expanded due to gas generated from the decomposition and the fermentation of domestic animals. CONSTITUTION: A domestic animals filling space(11) is undergone through a waterproof treatment in order to prevent the leakage of fluid. A cover for the space(12) prevents the flow of fluid into the space. A processing bath(10) includes the space and the cover. A bad odor eliminating chemical storing bath(20) stores chemical for eliminating bad odor generated from the space. An aerating unit(30) aerates the gas from the space with the chemical from the storing bath. |
