FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: controlled discrete throttle consists of through case, of nut, of valve in form of hollow cylinder along generatrix of which there is made a row of through radial orifices at a specified interval and of specified diametre. The valve is connected to a setting shaft ejected outside through the nut and is contracted with a seat made as a bushing with a packing ring. The throttle also consists of a bushing with a scale whereon there are marked values of corresponding diameters of through orifices of the valve and an indicator. The valve rotates and conjugates its through orifices with the orifice of the seat. The valve is contracted with the seat installed into a boring of the case with the packing ring without an additional fastener. An oval slot is made at input of working medium into the case of the throttle. This slot is set off relative to lengthwise axis of the case downward. Also, width of the slot exceeds external diametre of the seat, while centre of upper radius of the slot is located on lengthwise axis of the case; the valve is contracted with the seat by means of force of the packing ring. Further, instead of the seat in the throttle case there can be made orifices internal diametre of which is equal to diametre of the orifice in the seat. ^ EFFECT: simplification of design and reduced wear and corrosion of valve with medium during operation. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg |
