FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for formation of pancreaticogastroanastomosis in case of pancreatoduodenal resection. Framed tube 5-7 cm long drainage with diametre corresponding to diametre of main pancreatic duct is installed into lumen of main pancreatic duct. Tamponing uninterrupted suture is applied between capsule of anterior surface of pancreas and sero-muscular layer of posterior wall of stomach, one of semi-circumferences of external row of sutures is formed, opening in sero-muscular layer of stomach with diametre equal to diametre of pancreas section is formed, lumen of stomach in mucous-submucous layer is opened with diametre, equal to diametre of main pancreatic duct, application of pancreaticogastroanastomosis is completed. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of anastomosis failure. ^ 1 ex, 6 dwg |
