DISMOUNTABLE FORK LINK CONVEYOR CHAIN WITH ROLLING FRICTION JOINTS

The invention relates to machine building, namely to dismountable conveyor chains having fork chain links with rolling friction joints. In the proposed technical solution the construction of the chain joint is completely changed in accordance with the aim of the invention. In the cylindrical axle three identical operation surfaces are made that contain a flat and concave part. At the ends of the chain link three identical figural holes are made that contain three arc-shaped and two flat surfaces. The proposed constructive changes ensure the rolling of the axle and the operation surfaces of chain links without slippage, consequently the lifespan of the chain significantly increases. The chain can be used in various types of conveyors for freight transport in industry as well as in agriculture.
