FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to education and medicine, particularly to methods of external information control for the purpose of teaching material presentation and mastering management when represented in audio (speech), light-colour (written and graphic) signals on a monitor screen. Abdominal relaxation respiration is trained with the use of biological feedback. Then, optimum respiratory rate is determined for each of a learner group by the biological feedback system, or average respiratory rate in the learner group is determined. Then, either the teaching material is presented for each of learners at respiratory rate corresponding to its optimum rate accompanied by the biological feedback system, or the biological feedback system is disabled, and the teaching material is presented at said average rate. Visual and/or audio images for respiratory support illustrating appearance of an appropriate respiratory phase are represented together with the studied material. The respiratory phases are illustrated on a light scale and/or a pitch of audio tone, while the presented audio material is adjusted by the appropriate respiratory phases. ^ EFFECT: method enables higher training effect. ^ 3 cl, 2 ex |
