The invention pertains to releasable heat sensitive blank adhesive label stocks for thermal printers, and it comprises heat sensitive thermal paper coated with hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesives based on thermoplastic rubber and multi-layer biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP) liner coated with radiation curable (RC) silicones. As to prevent darkening of thermo paper in the coating process and stretching the BOPP film after the lamination the thickness of adhesive is reduced, coating speed increased and supplementary cooling means applied after coating and lamination.
