The system has a wooden structure (200) superimposed above a concrete structure (100). An interface is equipped between the concrete structure and the wooden structure, and is provided with a horizontal plate (300), where the horizontal plate is fixed to vertical rebars (120) of the concrete structure and the wooden structure by a welded screw system or bolts (310) and nuts (325). Panels (110) of the concrete structure are provided with metal accordion lattices (111), and are filled with lightweight concrete. The concrete structure and the wooden structure receive same external insulation.
