PURPOSE: A form fastener for a concrete wall, which includes a fastener main body and a spacer, is provided to enable an operator to conveniently mount and separate a form. CONSTITUTION: A form fastener for a concrete wall is composed like next. A stator(2) consisting of a one-touch type stopper(4) is mounted on a connector(3c) of a corn type fastener(3) installed in a fastener main body. A space retainer(6) connected with the fastener main body is fixed to keep the tension. Fixture is composed to be separated from the space retainer by rotating the connection stick of the corn type fastener 90 degrees.
