PURPOSE: A photo-curable resin composition and a cured product thereof are provided to reduce the generation amount of halogen gas in a film combustion process by including a red-coloring agent without halogen. CONSTITUTION: A photo-curable resin composition includes a carboxylic acid-contained resin, a photo-polymerization initiator, a compound containing two or more ethylenically unsaturated groups, and a red-coloring agent without halogen. The composition is applied on copper. A yellow-coloring agent and/or a blue-coloring agent are additionally added to the composition. The color of the composition is blue(5BG), green, purple, or orange color. The red-coloring agent does not include an azo group.
