<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a molded block is provided to prevent the slipping phenomenon of a bloc surface by increase a compressive strength required for a surface short blast process. CONSTITUTION: A mixture is prepared by mixing cement, water, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, and copper slag. A molded block is cured under steam. A surface short blast process is implemented. The mixing ratio of water is 33-40% with respect to the cement. The mixture includes 200-300 parts by weight of the coarse cement, 80-150 parts by weight of the fine aggregate, and 40-100.0 parts by weight of the copper slag, with respect to 100.0 parts by weight of the cement. The mixing ratio of the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate is 6-8:4-2.</p> |
