The arm (10) has an articulation part (14) and a windscreen wiper brush support (16), where the articulation part is connected to a fixing part (12) in a pivoting manner by an articulation (38, 40) and supported by a tension spring (28). The tension spring is supported against the fixing part and the articulation part by respective ends (30, 32) in a direction of a rear window. The windscreen wiper brush support is connected to the articulation part in a detachable manner, and a separation line passes close to a spring support (34) of the articulation part. An independent claim is also included for a process for manufacturing a windscreen wiper arm.
