PURPOSE: A snap ring pliers is provided to partially replace damaged or worn operation units by coupling and separating the operation units to/from bodies using couplers. CONSTITUTION: A snap ring pliers comprises a pair of bodies(10,10A), a hinge pin(20), and a spring(30). Operation units(12) are formed in one sides of the bodies, and levers(14) for a grip. The operation units are inserted into the holes of snap rings. The hinge pin couples the bodies and moves the levers and the operation units to be relative to each other. The spring is elastically compressed when the levers are closed and returns the operation units to original positions when the levers are released. The operation units are separably coupled to the bodies through couplers(100). A groove(110) is formed in one side of each coupler, and a screw unit(120) is formed in the other side. The protrusions(52) of the operation units are inserted into the grooves of the couplers. The screw units are screwed on the grooves(51) of the bodies. |
