The system has an annular body (2) with a central recess (3) placed in an air inlet duct. A series of flexible blades (4) is distributed on circumference of the body and projected into the central recess such that the blades engage in the central recess based on flow of air stream in the duct. The blades and the body are molded from a single material. The blades are attached to the body along attaching lines (5) parallel to a central axis of the body and to a mean direction of the air stream crossing the system.
