PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance road surface-gripping performance while ensuring durability, plunger strength or the like. SOLUTION: The belt layer 7 has a first to a third belt ply 7A-7C. Cord anglesα1,α2 andα3 of a first to a third belt ply 7A-7C with respect to the tire circumferential direction are 18-30°, 60-90°and 18-30°, respectively. The ply width W3 of the third belt ply 7C is larger than the ply width W2 of the second belt ply 7B and smaller than the ply width W1 of the first belt ply 7A. Each belt cord 7Ac-7Cc of the first to the third belt ply 7A-7C is made of the same steel cord 10.
